Update

We continue working with our service provider to resolve ongoing delays with web events archiving to the Resi Library. At this time, some customers may experience archiving delays of up to 24 hours.

We have deployed a backend mitigation to address the issue with our third-party service provider. We expect the Resi Library archiving delays to subside shortly and will continue monitoring the situation.
